By accessing the JiLian VPN website, downloading our apps or signing in to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

JiLian VPN provides VPN acceleration services across global nodes. We may add, remove or modify nodes, protocols and features at any time to maintain quality and security. Service availability is target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JiLian VPN for sending spam, distributing malware, attacking other systems, or any activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you live. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that endanger the network.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. New subscribers are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Limitation of Liability

JiLian VPN is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
